We’re looking for a Talent & Capability Manager to lead enterprise-wide talent, learning, and leadership development initiatives. This role is key to building a strong leadership pipeline, future-ready skills, and a high-performance culture across the organisation.

What You’ll Do

Lead talent and capability strategy aligned to business goals
Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership pipelines
Design and deliver learning and leadership development programs
Manage high-potential (HiPo) and critical talent initiatives
Embed continuous learning and performance-driven development
Use people analytics to provide insights on capability, readiness, and impact
Partner with senior leaders and HR teams across the business
Ensure DEI is embedded in talent and development processes

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in talent management, learning, and leadership development
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
Strategic, data-driven, and execution-focused mindset
Experience working in complex or *multinational* environments
Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
Professional certification (CIPD, SHRM, CIPM, ATD) is an advantage
