Location : Abuja
Salary : ₦500,000 monthly net
Job Summary
The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing relationships with healthcare providers and corporate clients, and expanding the company’s presence within the assigned territory. The role requires strong sales, relationship management, and market development skills within the HMO/healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve territory targets
Identify and onboard new corporate clients, HMOs, and healthcare providers
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and service providers
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the territory
Ensure effective enrollment, renewal, and retention of clients
Conduct regular field visits and presentations to prospective clients
Prepare sales reports and provide regular performance updates to management
Resolve client complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
2. Minimum of 2–4 years experience in sales or territory management (HMO/healthcare experience is an added advantage)
3. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
4. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
5. Good knowledge of Abuja market and healthcare landscape
6. Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
Remuneration
Monthly Salary : ₦500,000
