Job Summary
Are you a data-driven Total Rewards expert who understands how to design compensation and benefits that truly drive performance, retention, and business growth?
We are partnering with a leading, diversified group in the Agriculture & FMCG sector to hire a Total Rewards Manager who will take ownership of group-wide compensation, benefits, and payroll strategy across Nigeria and Ghana.
What You’ll Be Driving
* Design and implement competitive compensation frameworks (salary structures, incentives, bonus schemes)
* Lead group-wide benefits strategy – health, wellness, retirement, and more
* Oversee and standardise payroll operations across subsidiaries
* Drive market benchmarking & rewards analytics to inform decision-making
* Develop impactful employee recognition programs
* Partner with leadership to align total rewards with business objectives
* Ensure compliance, governance, and risk management across all rewards programs
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 7+ years experience in Total Rewards, with at least 3 years in a strategic role
* Strong experience within Agriculture and/or FMCG (Nigeria & Ghana exposure is key)
* Deep expertise in compensation structures, benefits design, and payroll management
* Proven ability to leverage HR analytics for insights and decision-making
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, etc.) is an advantage
