Job Title – Trainer
Location- Jabi, Abuja
Employment Type – Full-time
Reporting Line – Reports to Training Lead

Job Summary
The Trainer will engage directly with trainees to facilitate their skills development. This involves tailoring instruction methods to suit different learning styles and objectives. The primary goal is to transfer knowledge to students which will contribute to their personal development and career growth.

Responsibilities
•Arrive on time to ensure classroom is properly set up for training
•Ensure effective content delivery in terms of clarity, relevance, and engagement of training sessions
•Display a mastery of the topics being taught
•Manage group dynamics, encourage participation, and address questions effectively
•Develop training content and materials
•Review the quality and relevance of all training materials and resources
•Any other duties assigned

Requirements
•Minimum of B.Sc./HND in human resource, business administration, management, or related discipline
•Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilitation, training, public speaking or any related field
•Proficiency in data analytics and reporting, and usage of Microsoft office suite
•Experience developing and executing a training plan end-to-end
