Job Title – Travel Consultant
Location – Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary
Our client is seeking a highly responsive, organized, customer-focus and detail-oriented Travel Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and providing expert travel advice, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the travel journey.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
1. Excellent communication and sales skills
2. Strong understanding of travel products and services
3. Recommend travel solutions that meet clients needs and budgets.
4. Provide travel documentation guidance, and handling customer inquiries while ensuring a seamless travel experience.
5. Fast-Track / Urgent Visa Application Execution
6. After Hours and Weekend Support where necessary

*REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS*
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Strong customer service experience (travel industry is a plus).
3. Good understanding of Excel/Google Sheets (tracking, updates, organization).
4. Fast learning ability, especially with travel/visa processes.
5. Strong prioritization and time-management skills.
6. High responsiveness and reliability.
Minimum of HND/BSC in any discipline.
Preferably Male for gender balance
