About the Company
A fast-growing beverage company with a premium energy drink brand is expanding its operations across Nigeria and is seeking energetic, result-driven Van Sales Representatives to join its Lagos team.

Role Overview
As a Van Sales Representative, you will be responsible for direct sales, distribution, and relationship management with retailers and on-trade outlets. You will ensure product availability, visibility, and increased market penetration within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
🚐 Direct Sales & Distribution
– Drive company van to assigned routes to sell and distribute products
– Ensure consistent product availability in retail outlets, bars, lounges, and supermarkets
– Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
🤝 Customer Relationship Management
– Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key customers
– Identify new sales opportunities and onboard new outlets
– Provide excellent customer service and handle feedback professionally
📊 Market Development
– Monitor competitor activities and market trends
– Execute in-store promotions and visibility strategies
– Ensure proper product display and branding in outlets
📦 Inventory & Reporting
– Manage stock levels in the van and reconcile daily sales
– Keep accurate sales records and submit reports as required

Requirements
– Minimum of HND/BSc in any related field
– At least 2 years’ experience in van sales or FMCG sales
– Valid driver’s license (mandatory)
– Good knowledge of Lagos routes and market environment
– Ability to use a smartphone and basic MS Office tools
– Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
