This role requires a creative mind, strong technical skills, and the ability to deliver custom solutions that enhance user experience and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and maintain responsive websites that provide an optimal user experience across all devices.
* Collaborate with clients, project managers, and the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality web designs.
* Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
* Implement and customize web designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
* Ensure websites are optimized for speed, scalability, and search engine performance.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs are cutting-edge.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Web Designer/Developer.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects and demonstrating a range of design styles and technical skills.
Proficiency in latest web technologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools.
