A fast-growing IT services company is seeking a Financial Controller to lead the finance function, drive strategy, and ensure operational and governance excellence.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead financial planning, budgeting, and IFRS reporting
2. Manage treasury, cash flow, and working capital
3. Build scalable financial systems and internal controls
4. Advise the CEO on financial strategy
5. Lead and mentor the finance team

Requirements
1. 10+ years in senior finance roles, ideally in IT or consulting
2. Professional certifications (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA) preferred
3. Strong expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and treasury
4. Experience with multi-revenue tech operations
5. Proven strategic and leadership skills
