Job Title – Administrative Officer
Location – Ijebu Isonyin, Ogun State, Nigeria
Salary – 150k

Job Summary:
The Administrative Officer will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth office management, and providing support to management and staff. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative and office operations.
• Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and internal communications.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.
• Support HR functions such as staff records and onboarding documentation.
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Prepare reports, memos, and other administrative documents.
• Assist management with operational and administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of administrative experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
