Job Description

JOB TITLE – B2B SALES & MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE
Location – Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Work Mode – Hybrid
Employment Type – Full-Time

Salary & Benefits
₦500,000 – ₦700,000+ (based on experience)
Car, fuel & airtime allowance
Performance bonuses

Responsibilities
Generate and convert high-value B2B leads
Conduct client discovery and present tailored solutions
Manage the full sales cycle and build corporate relationships
Track sales performance and pipeline metrics

Requirements
B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
5–10 years experience in B2B sales/business development
Experience in air conditioning systems is an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and social media tools
Open to candidates aged 25–35 (Male/Female)
