Job Position – Billing Support Engineer
Job Location –  Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type – Full-time

Role Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operations of VDT’s Billing/BSS platforms and related infrastructure.
Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot billing logs, transaction records, and system events.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, invoice disputes, and revenue-related issues.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system upgrades, and go-live activities for billing implementations.
Assist in the integration of third-party applications, network elements, and service provisioning systems into the billing platform.
Generate and automate operational, financial, and performance reports for Finance, Sales, Customer Care, and Technical teams.
Provide technical support for data plan configuration, product setup, and billing policies.
Maintain proper technical documentation, processes, and system records.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
3–6 years of experience supporting Billing / BSS platforms within a telecommunications or ISP environment.
Strong knowledge of billing architectures, service provisioning workflows, and revenue assurance processes.
Experience analyzing transaction logs, system reports, and database records.
SQL/database knowledge is an added advantage.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, MCSE, or similar are a plus.
