Position – Business Development Executive
Location – Port Harcourt
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth, identify new business opportunities, and support strategic expansion within the Oil & Gas sector.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2years’ experience in business development within the oil & gas industry
Strong understanding of upstream, midstream, or downstream operations
Proven track record of securing contracts and closing deals
Excellent knowledge of the Nigerian oil & gas market and regulatory environment
Strong client relationship management and networking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience with tendering, bidding, and contract negotiation processes
Strong analytical and market research skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the oil & gas sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Prepare and submit bids, proposals, and tender documents
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Develop and implement strategic business development plans
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Track industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities
Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance
