Job Title – Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) – Transformational Aviation Leadership

An ambitious and expanding airline in West Africa is seeking a globally experienced Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)to drive commercial transformation, revenue optimization, and international market expansion.
This opportunity is ideal for diaspora aviation executives and expatriate leaders with proven track records in competitive, regulated, multi-market environments who are ready to shape the future of African aviation.

You will own the airline’s full Commercial P&L and lead strategy across:
Network expansion (Domestic, ECOWAS & Long-Haul corridors)
Revenue management & dynamic pricing optimization
Corporate, trade & digital distribution growth
Strategic alliances, codeshare & interline negotiations
Cargo and ancillary revenue scaling
Brand repositioning & customer experience elevation

This role requires commercial foresight in volatile FX environments, sophisticated yield management expertise, and strong stakeholder engagement across regulators and industry bodies.

Job Description –
12–15+ years airline commercial experience
Minimum 5 years at senior commercial leadership level
Strong grounding in revenue management systems and network strategy
Experience in emerging or frontier markets highly advantageous
MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred
Willingness to be based in Nigeria with regional and international travel
