Job Title – Compensation & Benefits Specialist
Location – Allen Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary:
Responsible for designing and managing compensation structures and benefits programs to ensure employee satisfaction and organizational competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage compensation and benefits policies
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis
• Administer employee benefits programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ relevant work experience
• Strong professional competence and industry knowledge
