Job Title – Corporate Finance Manager
Location – Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria

A leading Oil & Gas conglomerate with a strong footprint across upstream, midstream, and downstream operations is seeking to engage a highly experienced and strategic Corporate Finance Manager to join its executive finance team.
 
Job Summary:
The Corporate Finance Manager will be responsible for driving financial strategy, capital structuring, investment analysis, and funding initiatives across the Group. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical capabilities, commercial acumen, and proven experience within large, complex organizations.
  
Key Responsibilities:
Lead corporate financial planning and capital structure strategy.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
Drive mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and investment evaluations.
Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.
Conduct risk analysis and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Support executive management with strategic financial insights.
Optimize working capital and funding strategies.
 
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
MBA or relevant Master’s degree is an added advantage.
Professional certification (ACCA, ACA, CFA) is highly preferred.
Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in corporate finance, preferably within Oil & Gas or a large conglomerate.
Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise.
Proven experience in capital raising and deal structuring.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
