Job Description

Job Title – Customer Experience Personnel 
Location – Lekki Phase 1 Lagos (Must stay around Lekki phase 1 axis )

The Customer Experience Personnel is the first point of contact for visitors and clients, responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area
* Provide basic information about the company to clients and guests
* Perform administrative duties such as filing, petty cash, and record keeping

Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role is an advantage
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment
* Good organizational and multitasking abilities
* Professional appearance and attitude
