Job Title – Customer Service Representative
Location – Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type – Full-Time
Salary – 330k net

About the Role;
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers across all communication channels. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication, timely service delivery, and excellent customer experience for both walk-in and digital clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Attend to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, email, and in-person
• Provide accurate information on products, services, pricing, and service timelines
• Manage bookings and scheduling for tyre-related services (fitting, balancing, alignment, mobile service)
• Follow up with customers before and after service delivery to ensure satisfaction
• Document customer concerns and escalate unresolved issues to the Operations Manager
• Maintain professional communication and ensure a seamless customer experience
• Support administrative tasks such as invoicing, payment processing, and CRM updates
• Ensure customer waiting areas and service touchpoints are clean and well-organized
• Assist the marketing team by gathering feedback and customer reviews

Requirements
• Minimum OND, HND, or BSc in any field
• 1–3 years’ experience in customer service, retail, automotive services, or related fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
