Job Title – Digital Executive Assistant
Location – Lagos
Employment Type – Full-time

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive Digital Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in managing digital operations, communications, and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
This role requires strong digital skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
– Executive Support:
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and scheduling across time zones
Coordinate virtual meetings, webinars, and video conferences
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas
Handle confidential correspondence and documentation
– Digital & Administrative Management:
Organize and manage digital files and cloud storage systems
Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the executive
Track tasks, deadlines, and project timelines
Maintain CRM systems and digital databases
– Communication & Content Support:
Draft and edit emails, newsletters, and internal communications
Assist with social media scheduling and online engagement
Support website updates and basic content management
Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
– Project & Operations Support:
Assist with digital marketing campaigns and online initiatives
Conduct online research and compile data reports
Support workflow automation and process optimization
Manage subscriptions, digital tools, and software platforms
Customer Relationship Management

Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Digital Assistant
Strong proficiency in productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, project management tools)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of organization and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
Communications & Media Studies
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
Basic knowledge of social media management platforms
Familiarity with cloud collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Notion, Trello)
Experience supporting C-level executives

N150,000 – N300,000 monthly.
