About the Role
HRLeverage Africa, a Pan-African workforce management company, is recruiting on behalf of a client in the Fintech industry for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant.
This role requires a professional who will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior executives while serving as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
• Coordinate internal and external communications
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
• Take meeting minutes and track action items
• Organize travel, meetings, and corporate events
• Support administrative operations and office efficiency
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Assist with project coordination across teams
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and virtual collaboration tools
