Job Position – Finance Manager
Job Location – Ikota, Lekki Expressway – Lagos
Employment Type – Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth
Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Oversee financial reporting and analysis
Lead and develop a team of finance professionals
Manage financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
Collaborate with other departments to drive business decisions
Manage financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory requirements and company policies
Prepare and coordinate audit and tax processes
Improve financial processes, systems, and internal controls
Manage accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations
Support management with financial analysis and insights

Requirements
BSc in Accounting or finance related courseMBA or equivalent
5-7 years of experience in finance leadership
Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
Proven track record in financial management and leadership
Strong analytical and Excel skills
Experience with financial systems and ERP software
Attention to detail and deadline-driven
Strong financial analysis, Excel, and reporting skills

Salary Range: N500,000 – N600,000 per month.
