Work Title – Finance Officer
Location – Lagos
Industry – Microfinance Bank

We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented and numerically inclined Finance Officer (Entry Level) to join our Microfinance Bank.

Key Responsibilities
-Daily posting of financial transactions and reconciliation of accounts
-Preparation of financial reports and schedules
-Support in budget preparation and expense monitoring
-Assist in loan disbursement documentation and repayment tracking
-Maintain accurate financial records in line with regulatory standards
-Support audit processes and compliance requirements
-Cash management and petty cash reconciliation

Requirements
-B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
-Must have completed NYSC (compulsory)
-Basic knowledge of accounting principles
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
-Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
-High level of integrity and confidentiality
