Role Summary
The Finance & Treasury Manager will oversee the organization’s financial and accounting operations, including treasury management, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. The role is responsible for managing cash flow, loan and interest repayments, financial planning, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions. The position also ensures effective internal controls, risk management, and strong banking and stakeholder relationships to maintain the company’s financial health.

QUALIFICATIONS
o Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (First Class is an advantage).
o Professional certification (ACCA, ICAN, CFA or equivalent) preferred or in progress.
o Proven progressive experience in accounting, financial analysis, or treasury functions.
o Strong understanding of Nigerian tax regulations and financial compliance requirements.
o Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
o Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling is required.
