Job Title – General Factory Manager
Location – Ikotun Egbe, Lagos State
Salary – ₦250,000 monthly
Job Type – Full-time

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on General Factory Manager to oversee daily factory operations within a fast-paced fashion/apparel production environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production efficiency, supervising staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth end-to-end factory operations. This role requires strong leadership, multitasking ability, and deep operational understanding of the Nigerian fashion industry.

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily factory operations, production schedules, and output
Supervise and coordinate factory staff (40–50 employees), ensuring productivity and discipline
Plan, monitor, and optimize production processes to meet deadlines and quality standards
Ensure efficient use of materials, equipment, and labor
Implement and enforce quality control measures across all production stages
Manage inventory, raw materials, and finished goods in collaboration with relevant teams
Address operational challenges and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company policies
Provide regular production and performance reports to management
Support workforce planning, staff coordination, and performance monitoring

Requirements
Minimum of 1–5 years’ experience in production management, factory operations, or a senior managerial role within the fashion/apparel industry
Proven track record in fast-paced, high-growth production environments
Strong knowledge of Nigerian fashion industry trends, supply chains, and operational challenges
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple production lines
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Resides within Ikotun Egbe axis or nearby environs
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
