Key Responsibilities:

5. Develop training, succession, and workforce planning initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
1. 8+ years post-qualification experience with 4+ in management roles
2. Strong expertise in HR strategy, talent, and performance management
3. Excellent organizational, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
4. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
5. Experience in culture and change management, coaching, and conflict resolution
