Key Responsibilities
• Manage HR operations, including payroll, employee onboarding/off boarding, and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Review and update HR policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with clients on HR solutions and advisory as needed.
• Assist in performance management processes and staff engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Officer, preferably in the Hospitality Industry
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, HR compliance, and payroll processes.
• Hands-on experience managing payroll, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft 365.
