Responsibilities
Lead talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
Manage employee relations, addressing issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Oversee performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and implement HR policies that support the company’s strategic objectives.
Administer payroll management processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation among employees.
Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and employee relations.
Experience in performance management and HR policy development.
Proficient in payroll management practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Good understanding of employment laws and regulations in Nigeria.
