Job Title – Industrial Relations Manager at Olam

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Relations Manager with strong factory/manufacturing experience to oversee employee and labour relations within our operations.

Responsibilities
– Manage employee relations and maintain a positive working environment.
– Handle grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
– Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
– Liaise with labour unions and manage negotiations where necessary.
– Advise management on industrial relations matters and workforce issues.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law, or related field.
– Minimum 8 years’ experience in industrial relations within a factory or manufacturing environment.
– Strong knowledge of labour laws and union engagement.
– Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
