Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically strong Investment Banking Analyst to support the execution of corporate finance and advisory mandates. The role involves financial modeling, valuation, transaction execution, market research, and preparation of client presentations across mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments.

Reporting Line: The candidate will work closely with Head, Investment Banking senior clients, contributing to high-impact transactions and gaining exposure to complex financial structures.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain financial models (valuation, DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, LBO models where applicable)
• Conduct financial analysis, industry research, and company due diligence
• Prepare pitch books, information memoranda, investment teasers, and management presentations
• Support transaction execution including M&A, private placements, debt and equity capital raises
• Analyze financial statements and assess business performance, risks, and opportunities
• Assist in coordinating transaction processes, data rooms, and stakeholder communications
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and macroeconomic factors affecting deals
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline
• Strong grounding in corporate finance, valuation techniques, and financial statement analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (advanced level required)
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Requirements and Qualifications
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, Private Equity, Consulting, or Audit (Deal Advisory)
• Demonstrated experience in financial modeling and transaction support
• Exposure to M&A, capital markets, or structured finance is an advantage

• Professional Certifications (Advantageous)
• CFA (Level I or above) or progress toward qualification
• ACA / ACCA / CPA
• Financial modeling or valuation certifications
