Job Title – Investment Officer
Location – Lagos
Department – Sales
Reports To – Branch Manager
Experience – 4years

Role Summary
Manage and grow investment funds, build strong investor relationships, and promote the company’s investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Fund Mobilization: Attract new investors (HNIs, SMEs, corporates) and grow the investment portfolio.
Product Marketing: Promote Fixed Deposits, Structured Investments, and Wealth Growth products. Educate investors and encourage reinvestment.
Portfolio Management: Monitor investments, track maturities, and ensure portfolio growth.
Market Research: Identify opportunities, track competitors, and recommend new strategies.
Reporting & Compliance: Maintain investor records, prepare reports, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Experience: 4–6 years in wealth management, fund mobilization, or investment sales (microfinance, fintech, or investment firms preferred).
Skills: Investor relations, fund raising, portfolio monitoring, client acquisition, financial advisory, target-driven performance, strong communication.

Funds mobilized monthly
New investors acquired
Portfolio growth
Investor retention & reinvestment
Revenue from investment products
