Job Title – Junior Inventory Specialist
Location – Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type – Full-Timer
Salary – 220k net.

About the Role;
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Inventory Specialist to manage and track tyre and accessory inventory across daily operations. The ideal candidate will ensure stock accuracy, proper documentation, efficient storage systems, and timely reporting to support seamless service delivery.

This role is essential to maintaining operational excellence and preventing stock discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing tyres, tools, and accessories
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of all inventory items
• Track stock levels daily and notify the Operations Manager of replenishment needs
• Conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations, and prepare variance reports
• Liaise with suppliers and logistics teams on deliveries and required documentation
• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and safety standards
• Update and maintain inventory data in the company’s system/CRM
• Monitor product shelf life, rotation, and usage trends
• Support the service team by ensuring timely availability of required items
• Prevent stock loss through effective monitoring, reporting, and controls

Requirements
• OND, HND, or BSc in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years’ experience in inventory management, warehousing, or automotive parts management
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory software/CRM tools
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping ability
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
