Job Title – L&D Specialist (Full time)
Location- Lekki Lagos
Salary: 350k – 400k

Job Summary:
The L&D Specialist is responsible for designing, enhancing, and delivering engaging learner-centric learning experiences across the organisation. This role blends instructional design, learning technology, facilitation, and user experience thinking to ensure learning programmes are impactful, accessible, and aligned with business goals.

Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Education, Psychology, HR, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in L&D, instructional design, or learning experience design.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks.
• Experience designing blended and digital learning experiences.
• Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms and learning technologies.
