Job Description

Job Title – Legal Officer at Tatum Bank
Location – Abuja

Responsibilities:
• Manage securities documentation and credit transactions
• Draft and review loan agreements and legal instruments
• Provide legal advisory and support due diligence
• Supervise litigation and external solicitors
• Oversee Board and Committee secretarial functions
• Handle regulatory filings and ensure compliance
• Manage legal risks, IP, and regulatory engagements
• Lead and support team performance

Requirements:
• LL.B. and B.L. with valid practicing certificate
• Minimum 7 years post-call experience in banking or corporate practice
• Experience in banking documentation and litigation management
