Job Title – Maintenance Manger
Location – Lagos
Employment Type – Full-Time
Salary – ₦450,000 Monthly

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and reliability of our factory equipment and facilities. This role is critical to ensuring minimal downtime, operational efficiency, and a safe working environment across our production operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules

Oversee maintenance of factory machinery, utilities, and equipment

Minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance

Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and external contractors

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults efficiently

Maintain maintenance records, logs, and compliance documentation

Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards

Manage maintenance budget and control repair costs

Recommend upgrades and improvements to improve plant efficiency

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering

Minimum of 5 years experience in factory or industrial maintenance

Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems

Experience managing maintenance teams

Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills

Good understanding of safety standards and compliance
