Job Position – Operations Manager (Cooperative Bank)
Job Location – Ics Drive, Abuja (FCT)

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales and business development team.
Drive performance in loan disbursements and fixed deposit growth.
Expand Foodstash adoption and user base.
Design and execute effective sales strategies.
Monitor and report team performance and KPIs.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role (Cooperatives, MFBs, or Financial Institutions).
Proven success in sales and team leadership.
Strong knowledge of:
Loan Products (especially Personal & IPPIS Loans)
Fixed Deposit Services
Foodstash (Grocery Savings Platform)
Excellent communication, leadership, and result-oriented skills.

Salary
Industry standard and negotiable, based on experience and value offered.
