Job Title – Project Manager – Civil Engineering Grandmaster
Location –  Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type – Full-time
Report To – CEO

Key Responsibilities
End‑to‑End Project Delivery: Own the full lifecycle of high‑rise residential, mixed‑use, and net‑zero projects from groundbreaking to handover.
Contractor Coordination: Lead and coordinate elite local and international contractors (Siemens, Schneider, Elalan, Cappa, CCECC, ITB, etc.) to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Risk & Quality Management: Proactively manage risk, quality, and stakeholder expectations across high‑volume developments.
Operational Excellence: Drive innovation and operational excellence in project execution, embedding best practices and cutting‑edge construction technologies.
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong communication with JV partners, investors, regulators, and internal leadership to ensure alignment and transparency.

Profile & Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess a Master`s Degree
Proven track record of delivering large‑scale civil engineering projects in emerging markets.
Deep expertise in project management, construction methodologies, and JV execution.
Strong background coordinating international contractors and engineering firms.
Exceptional ability to manage risk, budgets, and timelines under pressure.
Leadership skills to inspire multidisciplinary teams and drive results at scale.
