Job Description

Job Title – Proposal Engineer
Location – Idi-Oro, Lagos
Employment Type – Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze tender/bid documents
Develop structured, compliant proposal submissions
Interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical documents
Coordinate inputs across Engineering, QA/QC, Procurement & Project Teams
Support clarification meetings and commercial discussions
Ensure timely bid submission and maintain proposal records
Prepare monthly proposal activity reports

Requirements
B.Eng / HND in Engineering or related discipline
5 – 7 years experience in proposals, estimating, or tendering (engineering/industrial environment)
Strong knowledge of bidding processes and tender analysis
Ability to interpret drawings and perform cost analysis
Good understanding of commercial terms and contract principles
Proficiency in MS Office and estimating tools
Professional membership is an added advantage.
