Job Title – Restaurant Manager
Location – Lekki Phase 1
Salary – ₦150,000 – ₦250,000

Job Summary
The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, control costs, and drive profitability.

Oversee daily restaurant operations and service delivery.
Manage staff scheduling, supervision, and performance.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards.
Monitor inventory, procurement, and stock usage.
Handle customer relations and complaints resolution.
Manage budgets, sales targets, and operational costs.
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
Prepare operational and financial performance reports.
Train and motivate team members.
Drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
B.Sc/HND in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years experience in restaurant management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Strong organizational and financial management ability.
