Job Title – Sales Executive – Aesthetic Medical Devices
Locations – Lagos (1) & Abuja (1)
Employment Type – Full-Time

Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and well-connected Sales Executive to drive the sales of aesthetic medical devices across Lagos and Abuja. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics industry, with an established network of dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, and high-net-worth clientele.
This role requires a polished, confident professional who can represent premium products, build long-term client relationships, and consistently meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within aesthetic clinics, dermatology centers, spas, and wellness facilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinic owners, and key decision-makers
Promote and sell aesthetic medical devices to new and existing clients
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and follow up effectively
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities
Provide excellent after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions

Requirements
3–6 years proven sales experience in medical devices, aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry
Strong existing network within aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and HNI clients
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Professional, well-groomed, and confident presentation
Ability to work independently and deliver results in a target-driven environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred)
Willingness to travel within assigned territory

Preferred Candidate Profile
Female, aged 25–30 (preferred for market fit and client engagement)
Experience selling premium or luxury products/services
Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
High level of emotional intelligence and client handling skills
