About the Role
We are seeking skilled and proactive FTTH Project Site Engineers to join our fast-growing telecom deployment team. The ideal candidates will oversee field operations, ensure quality delivery of FTTH projects, and coordinate on-site activities to meet project timelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise on-site FTTH construction activities, including fiber cable laying, splicing, splitter/cabinet installation, and equipment setup.
• Ensure all construction works meet required quality, safety, and design standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, tools, and manpower for timely project delivery.
• Conduct routine site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress and quality reports.
• Provide troubleshooting support and technical guidance for on-site challenges.
• Enforce EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) compliance across all assigned sites.
• Manage construction documentation for project acceptance, handover, and audits.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Diploma or higher in Telecommunications, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year hands-on telecom field experience (FTTH/FTTX experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ODN network structure, fiber splicing/testing, and industry construction standards.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and travel frequently for field assignments.
• EHS certification or telecom vendor certification (e.g., Huawei, ZTE, FiberHome) is an added advantage.
