Job Title – Tax Manager
Location – Lagos

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, Finance
• 7–10 years’ experience
• Membership of ICAN, ACCA, or CITN
• Understanding of Nigerian tax laws and regulatory frameworks
• Experience with tax audits, FIRS and state tax authorities

Responsibilities
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of all statutory tax returns
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and regulations and ensure company compliance
• Spearhead and handle tax audits systematically, respond and close issues from tax audit in a timely manner
• Liaise with tax authorities and external consultants on audits, assessments, and inquiries
• Manage tax computations and reconciliations for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the business
