Job Title:Team Lead, Infrastructure Administration and DevOps

Job Summary
The Team Lead, Infrastructure Administration and DevOps is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing MoMoPSB’s server, cloud, and DevOps infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, security, and compliance. The role oversees hybrid environments, container orchestration, CI/CD automation, and optimized performance across on-premises and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Define infrastructure and DevOps strategy across hybrid cloud and on‑prem environments.
Establish high availability, disaster recovery, and container orchestration frameworks.
Drive cloud adoption, Kubernetes implementation, and CI/CD modernization initiatives.
Ensure compliance with CBN PSB, PCI DSS, NDPR, ISO standards.
Lead the planning and execution of server upgrades, virtualization initiatives, and cloud migration activities.
Implement enterprise‑grade backup, recovery, and disaster‑recovery (DR) drills across all infrastructure components.
Drive performance optimization and capacity planning for compute, storage, and network resources.
Enforce security hardening, vulnerability remediation, and patch management across hybrid environments.
Integrate end‑to‑end monitoring and alerting systems to enable proactive incident detection and resolution.
Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments.
Architect, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters, including nodes, pods, deployments, ingress, and networking.
Administer containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes objects such as Pods, ReplicaSets, Deployments, and StatefulSets.
Implement GitOps‑driven automation using Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and version‑controlled workflows.
Deploy and maintain unified monitoring, logging, and full‑stack observability platforms to ensure service reliability and performance.
Oversee server and container platform provisioning, configuration, patching, and image management.
Monitor overall infrastructure health, performance, availability, and security compliance.
Manage Kubernetes operations including pod lifecycle management, scaling, updates, and performance tuning.
Respond to incidents, troubleshoot infrastructure and Kubernetes‑related issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Support application teams in onboarding and adopting CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes environments.
Maintain comprehensive documentation, SOPs, compliance evidence, and governance artifacts.
Support change management and release processes across infrastructure and platform services.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and ITIL are an added advantage.
7+ years managing server with virtualization(VMware, Hyper-V), cloud, DevOps, and container orchestration in high‑availability environments.
Proven track record in DR planning, security hardening, and performance optimization
CI/CD pipeline automation (GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
Kubernetes administration (Pods, Deployments, Services, Ingress, Helm).
Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes-native tooling.
Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes manifests.
Windows/Linux server management and virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V).
Cloud platforms: AWS & Azure (compute, storage, networking).
Microservices deployment in distributed environments.
Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor.
Security controls: IAM, encryption, patching, compliance.
