Job Title – Team Member, Retail Collection

Department – Retail Credit Risk
Salary – ₦206,855.85 Monthly

Role Overview
The Retail Collection Officer will manage delinquent accounts and ensure effective recovery of outstanding loan obligations.

Key Responsibilities
Contact customers with overdue accounts
Negotiate repayment plans
Monitor loan portfolios and repayment schedules
Escalate unresolved cases appropriately
Maintain accurate documentation of collection activities

Requirements
0–3 years experience in collections or credit operations
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Attention to detail
Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
B.Sc / HND (Minimum: Second Class Lower / Lower Credit)
28 years and below
