Job Title – Team Member, Telesales

Salary: ₦206,855.85 Monthly

Role Overview
The Telesales Officer will be responsible for driving product sales through outbound and inbound calls, converting leads into customers, and supporting retail growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Promote and cross-sell bank products and services
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Follow up on leads and ensure conversion
Deliver excellent customer experience

Requirements
0–3 years experience in sales or customer service
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Target-driven and resilient
Good knowledge of basic banking products
B.Sc / HND (Minimum: Second Class Lower / Lower Credit)
28 years and below
