Job Summary
The Tender Admin Officer is responsible for coordinating and managing the administrative process of preparing and submitting tenders and bids. The role ensures compliance with client requirements, deadlines, and company policies while supporting the business development and procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and identify tender opportunities
• Prepare and compile tender documents and bid submissions
• Ensure all required documentation is accurate and complete
• Coordinate with internal departments for necessary information
• Maintain tender records and documentation
• Track submission deadlines and follow up on outcomes
• Ensure compliance with procurement guidelines and regulations
• Assist in contract documentation and post-award processes
