The Wireline Crew Chief supervises wireline operations at well sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. The role leads the wireline crew, coordinates with clients and drilling teams, and oversees technical execution of well intervention activities.

• Lead and supervise wireline crew members
• Plan and execute wireline operations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Communicate with clients and site supervisors
• Troubleshoot technical issues during operations
• Prepare operational and safety reports
