About the Role
KivoJobs is hiring a Remote Account Manager to help manage and execute job applications for our subscribers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying to remote jobs on behalf of clients — ensuring that each application is accurate, relevant, and well-tailored to the client’s experience.
You’ll play a key role in helping job seekers land interviews by representing them professionally across platforms.
Responsibilities
Apply to remote jobs on behalf of assigned clients using provided information.
Review each job posting carefully to ensure proper matching.
Tailor CVs and cover letters when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of all applications submitted.
Communicate with supervisors when clarification or additional details are needed.
Maintain strict transparency in daily activity and reporting.
Work independently and manage time efficiently.
Requirements
Excellent English grammar and written communication.
Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt tone across industries.
Understanding of different job functions (Customer Service, Tech, Admin, Marketing, etc.).
Ability to work without close supervision.
Reliable internet connection and consistent availability.
Prior experience with remote job applications or recruitment support is a plus.
