Job Title – Outsourcing Consultant – Payroll
Engagement – Contract / Project-based
Location – Remote, Lagos preferred
Salary – Per project + possible monthly retainer

What You’ll Do
– Develop client demo decks and presentation slides for payroll outsourcing
– Draft proposals tailored to each outsourcing opportunity
– Lead or co-present in client meetings and pitches
– Advise on payroll outsourcing setup, compliance, and best practices
– Manage client staff payroll post-onboarding under a monthly retainer, where applicable

What We’re Looking For
– Proven experience in payroll outsourcing, HR outsourcing
– Strong skills in PowerPoint/Google Slides and proposal writing
– Confident communicator who can handle client-facing sessions
– Knowledge of Nigerian payroll, PAYE, pension, and statutory compliance is a strong advantage
– Self-starter who delivers quality work on tight timelines

Engagement Terms
This is not a full-time position. Scope and fees will be agreed upfront for each engagement.
