RECRUITER (COMMERCIAL BANKING FOCUS)
Employment Type – Remote, Part-Time
Salary – N100 Monthly Net
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter with a strong background in Commercial Banking recruitment to join our network on a part-time basis.
Role Overview
The primary responsibility is to source and deliver qualified candidates strictly for Commercial Bank roles across various levels.
Key Responsibilities
– Source and screen candidates for commercial banking roles (e.g., Relationship Officers, Branch Managers, Regional Managers, Operations, etc.)
– Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline within the banking sector
– Conduct initial candidate assessments and shortlisting
– Submit qualified and well-vetted profiles within agreed timelines
– Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements
– Proven experience recruiting for Commercial Banks (this is compulsory)
– Strong understanding of banking structure, grade levels, and role requirements
– Access to a solid database/network of banking professionals
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
– Excellent communication skills
