Location – Lagos (Remote for now, Onsite later)

🔹 Role Overview
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will engage clients through outbound communication, provide exceptional support, and drive customer retention. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall customer experience.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
– Initiate outbound calls/messages to build and maintain strong client relationships
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
– Provide real-time support by collaborating with technical teams
– Identify customer pain points and suggest actionable solutions
– Conduct training sessions and competitor analysis
– Support team operations and carry out assigned tasks when required

🔹 Requirements
– Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or retention roles
– At least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
– Strong communication skills (spoken and written English – C1 level)
– Fluency in Hausa, Yoruba, or Igbo is an added advantage
– Good understanding of trading/investment platforms (Crypto/Forex preferred)
– Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
– Must own a personal laptop
