Senior Executive Assistant
Location : Remote (Lagos)
Industry : Financial Services
Reports to : CEO
Monthly Salary (Net) : 300k – 500k

Role Purpose
We are seeking a high-aptitude, highly reliable execution partner to work directly with a senior leader across strategy, operations, documentation, and new business initiatives.
This role is designed for someone who can take ambiguous, high-level direction, break it down into structured work, and deliver excellent, near-final outputs across a wide range of topics.
The senior leader will provide vision, priorities, and direction. This role owns execution, structure, and follow-through.

Core Responsibilities
1. Strategy-to-Execution Support (Core of the Role)
• Take high-level ideas, concepts, or instructions and turn them into:
◦ Structured documents
◦ Research summaries
◦ Action plans
◦ Draft frameworks and deliverables
• Own the “doing” once direction is provided
• Ask smart clarifying questions, then execute independently
• Deliver work that requires review and refinement, not re-creation

2. Documentation, Research & Content Creation
• Draft professional-grade documents including:
◦ Policies, procedures, frameworks, and operating models
◦ Business plans, service descriptions, and internal documentation
• Conduct structured research across:
◦ Business models
◦ Regulatory considerations (where applicable)
◦ Market and operational requirements
• Present findings clearly and concisely for decision-making

3. Business & Project Operations
• Support the creation and execution of multiple business initiatives across different
industries
• Build operational structure around ideas (processes, checklists, trackers)
• Manage multiple work streams in parallel without losing detail
• Keep projects moving forward through strong organisation and follow-up
• Help in creating and managing internal processes as the company grows.

4. Executive & Administrative Support (High-Value, Not Personal Assistant Work)
• Handle all execution-heavy and administrative aspects of projects
• Maintain document control, task tracking, and timelines
• Ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Free up senior leadership time by owning execution end-to-end

Skills & Experience
Required
• 3+ years of experience working closely with senior leaders
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
• Strong research and analytical capability
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently once direction is given

Nice to Have (But Not Mandatory)
• Exposure to consulting, startups, strategy, operations, legal, compliance, or finance
• Experience drafting professional documentation
• Experience working closely with senior leadership or founders
